When introducing a new form of e-commerce to the public, we understand that sometimes even the most scholarly people may need some questions answered occasionally!

When will my purchased products ship?
We understand that in 2023 next-day shipping is becoming the norm, and we’re no stranger to getting people the products they need in a timely manner!
When a Buyer and a Seller reach an agreement for a product the down payment is taken out of the Buyer’s account and held by WinWinX until the Seller ships the product and the Buyer accepts it!
The payment will leave the Buyer’s bank account and may take 2-7 business days to process in our secure 3rd party payment processing service.
Once the payment has been fully processed and has “cleared” the Seller receives a notification with the go-ahead to send the Buyer the product, and the Seller usually ships the same day!
Sometimes, Seller notifications can be delayed depending on the day the down payment is withdrawn.
Payments do NOT process over the weekend or holidays, only during business days.

Can I negotiate with Sellers on the WinWinX Platform?
If you see a product or service on the platform that you wish to purchase, but you feel like the price or payment frequency doesn’t fit your lifestyle, we encourage our Users to start sending Counteroffers!
Counteroffers are the best way to negotiate online! Two Users can easily send Counteroffers back and forth to each other in real-time until a deal is reached by both parties!
You can reach an agreement with a Seller in a matter of minutes, but you won’t know till you start sending Counteroffers!
When listing a product or service on WinWinX we ask all the important questions. Our listings factor in the total product price, the taxes to be collected for the product or service, and the WinWiInX fee associated with the listings.
There are no hidden fees that can pop up out of nowhere!

Why do I need to verify my identity to use the WinWinX platform?
The WinWinX verification process and the Online TrustScore™ make buying and selling with strangers possible as it turns the person on the other side of the transaction into a trusted party.
Whether you are buying a product or making a listing, you can rest easy knowing that the User on the other end of the transaction has fully verified their identity and can be trusted!
This helps mitigate any possible situations where the Buyer or Seller is just looking to take someone for a “Wild Ride”
It’s all in the name of nurturing Win-Win transactions for BOTH parties!

Why are my Wishlists public?
Our Public Wishlists work for both Buyers & Sellers. Helping Buyers find products they are in need of, and helping Sellers list products that people are looking for.
We strongly urge our Users to make full use of the Public Wishlist feature by helping share what others may be on the hunt for. You never know what someone may need, and we are all about creating Win-Win scenarios for everyone! Check out the example below for more information!
If Susan is looking for some fun toys or games for elementary school-age kids it doesn’t do her any good keeping that information on a private list that only she can see. A list that only benefits her IF another User happens to post what you are looking for, AND she happens to see it.
However, if Nancy has kids that just moved on to middle school and is looking to help re-house some toys and games no longer needed, this is a perfect way for her to find Susan, and for them to work out a deal on the platform!
