List your products for free on the peer to peer WinWinX Marketplace where you set the price, the number of installments you wish to receive, and the frequency you wish to receive the installments. You also choose your risk tolerance by setting a minimum WinWinX Online TrustScore you are willing to Accept. Only Buyers with Online TrustScores higher than the number you set will be able to engage in business with you.

Buyers with a high enough Online TrustScore can then make you Counteroffers if they wish to negotiate the terms. For example, they can offer a higher Down Payment to make the installments lower or a different installment period that works better for that person’s cash flow. 

Once a Counteroffer has been submitted by a Buyer and Accepted by a Seller, the Down Payment is taken by the platform and the product is shipped by the Seller to the Buyer. This allows for the Buyer to receive the product now and continue to make payment installments until the product or service is paid off.

Through the WinWinX platform, you can receive products and services now and pay for them over time, without a credit check, without having to pay interest, and without taking on revolving debt. Our fees are always clearly shown throughout the purchase process and, in the majority of cases, it is a flat platform fee of 6% divided over each installment.

Let’s say Belinda wants to sell a bicycle to Barry for $1,000.00. Barry wants the bike but doesn’t have $1,000.00 handy. So, right there on the WinWinX platform, Belinda and Barry work out a deal: Barry agrees to send Belinda $250 as a Down Payment through the WinWinX platform, and then to send Belinda a series of payments until the bike is paid off. The platform holds the Down Payment until Barry receives and inspects the bike. Once the bike is Accepted, the balance of the payment happens automatically. (If for some reason Barry doesn’t like the bicycle, he returns the bike to Belinda, and WinWinX returns the $250 to Barry. No harm done.)

We also offer Payment Plans which work as a formal agreement for installment payments between parties doing business together. Payment Plans are great for freelancers invoicing their clients, landlord/tenant rent payments, and outstanding account receivables – without the stress or hassle of collecting payment and at No Cost to the recipient.

Our secure identity verification steps during the WinWinX sign up process and our dynamic and proprietary Online TrustScore allows WinWinX Users to see who they are making a deal with. It turns an anonymous person behind a screen into a known and trusted WinWinX User. 

During the sign up process only, your personal information is distributed to our various trusted partners for validation purposes. It is then siloed and encrypted. These silos never “talk” to each other. 

To verify user identity we use globally recognized third-party companies that are trusted by companies such as Venmo, Upstart, Acorns, Betterment, and Carvana, to name a few. WinWinX does not store or keep your personal information, including your social security number. Once the information has been used to help confirm identity, your information is scrubbed.

Mark founded WinWinX in 2015 and sets the vision and strategy for the company. Prior to founding WinWinX Mark founded and steered to award-winning success several companies, including: Freedom of Speech (sold 2002) – a company specializing in advanced assisted living technologies; Velocity Investments, where he designed and built, from the ground up, architectural award-winning, cutting edge GREEN-tech buildings to manifest his creative vision; and customer choice award winning, YELP 5-star, Good Guy Builders, a general contracting firm which utilizes specialized processes and proprietary iOS technologies to control sites, employee movements, and client communication and interactions.

Mark was born in Minnesota and moved to Hollywood in his youth where he worked for a notable, A-List comedian. He later went on to study philosophy and art at the University of Minnesota. He currently splits his time between Northern and Southern California with his wife and two children.

Stephanie Fair is the Chief Operating Officer of WinWinX.

Stephanie Fair joined WinWinX in 2020 and brought with her a background in Finance and Marketing. She has spent the last 8 years growing startups in the eCommerce space and is known for successfully launching hundreds of products. 

She is an expert on all things digital and is passionate about user experience and the customer journey. She brings a unique skill set in that she has quantitative academic training combined with a creative mindset and can translate easily between the two.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Corporate Finance and Marketing from the University of Adelaide. She has lived in five countries and now considers Orange County, California home.
